1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Net Banking all in Debit Card as well as Credit Card through Pay U Money. We also have COD (cash on delivery).
2. How secure is this store?
This store uses Pay U Money for payments, and Pay U Money automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
3. Do you have COD?
COD services are available. Cash on Delivery parcels will be dispatched after the confirmation call which shall be done in 36 hours from the day the order is placed. COD is available on orders above the value of Rs.1000/-. All orders below the value of Rs.1000/- would have to be paid by Credit, Debit Card or Net Banking through our payment Gateway Payumoney.
4. Who do you ship by?
We ship our products by our courier partners Blue Dart.
5. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Delivery will take 4-5 weeks approx. Shipping charges apply.
6. How may days does delivery take in India?
Delivery takes 4-5 working days.
7. My order is shipping to a country outside of India. Will I have to pay customs/import fees to receive my order?
Depending on your country, you may be charged customs/import fees. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser; we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility.
8. What happens if we mention an incorrect shipping address?
If the shipping address is mentioned incorrectly we are not liable for the order or the refund. It will be totally the customer's responsibility and Silberuh will not be liable for any refund.
9. How do I track my order?
Once the order has been dispatched an email is sent to you with the tracking details.
10. How do I measure my ring size?
We have a ring size guide which will help you to know your ring size.
11. When will the parcel be dispatched from the time I place the order?
As soon as we receive the confirmed order we take two working days to dispatch the parcel & send you the tracking no. for the parcel for you to track the same. Delivery takes 3-4 working days. Incase of COD, the parcel shall be dispatched in 4-5 working days.
12. Are all the products made in Pure Silver?
Yes, all the products are handcrafted and made in Pure Silver. The worldwide accepted purest form of making jewellery in silver in 92.5% which SILBERUH adheres to.
13. Will Silver get tarnished?
Silver by nature is prone to get tarnished when in contact with moisture & humidity. After use please place it in an air tight zip lock bag or a box.
14. Are the stones genuine?
All our stones are natural semi precious stones. The only two man-made stones are - Blue Sunstone & Opalite which is mentioned in the description of the product.
15. Are the Jewellery pieces breakable?
Yes all jewellery is breakable. We do not replace broken jewellery.
16. I want to purchase two items but the shipping address will be two different places. In that case how do I place my order?
In that case please place two different orders.
17. Incase of return of Item is the VAT and Transaction Charged?
Please note that incase of full/partial return of goods the corresponding GST charges of 3% as well as transaction charges of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount. The shipment charges incurred for dispatch of the return item will have to be borne by the buyer. Item must be returned to us within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the item. Customers seeking to return/exchange an item for any reason must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Unidentified returns will be returned to the customer. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not sprayed on with any kind of perfume, unsoiled and be in their original packaging. All material including plastic wrapping, tags, dust bags, box, gift box, wrapping must be returned along with the product.
If the parcel has been dispatched and we are informed after dispatch to cancel the order - then the corresponding GST charges of 3% as well as transaction charges of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount. The Shipping charges and the RTO (return to origin) charges will also be deducted.
19. If a parcel is refused to be accepted, will any charges be levied?
If the parcel has been refused to be accepted, then the shipping charges of to & fro will be deducted.
